Energy Efficient by Design
Three effects in cascade reuse latent heat. Typical steam economy: 1 kg steam evaporates 3.5–4.0 kg water (with TVR/MVR options for further savings).
NaCl-Focused Process Control
Inline density/conductivity, vacuum regulation, and mother-liquor recycle deliver tight crystal size and purity for table salt or chlor-alkali feed.
Hygienic, Easy to Maintain
Mirror-polished seamless tubes minimize fouling and ease CIP; short residence time protects product whiteness.
Process Flow — Triple Effect + Vacuum Crystallization
  1. Feed & Preheat: Raw brine is metered through preheaters to the 1st-effect heater.
  2. Effect 1 → Effect 2 → Effect 3: Live steam heats Effect 1; its vapor heats Effect 2; Effect 2 vapor heats Effect 3 under lower pressure and temperature.
  3. Concentration Control: Online density targets trigger discharge to the crystallizer or recycle for re-evaporation.
  4. Vacuum Crystallization: Concentrated liquor flashes/boils under vacuum to form pure NaCl crystals; centrifuge or filter separates crystals and mother liquor.
  5. Condensation & Utilities: Final vapor condenses in the condenser; clean condensate is recovered. Non-condensables are removed via vacuum pump.
System Structure
Three effects (heaters & separators), preheaters, vacuum crystallizer with circulation pump, condenser & vacuum set, feed/circulation/discharge/condensate pumps, centrifuge (optional), CIP skid, PLC/HMI with historian, and full instrumentation (T/P/level/flow/vacuum/conductivity).
