Industrial Table Salt Production Line Overview
Our custom-built table salt production system offers processing capacities ranging from 3 to 30 tons per hour, designed for large-scale industrial salt refinement operations.
Production Process Flow
The complete salt production process begins with raw salt being fed into a capacity-appropriate hopper and transferred via conveyor belt. A magnetic separator removes metallic contaminants before the salt enters a specialized washing system. The crude salt undergoes wet grinding with saturated brine, and the resulting slurry is pumped to washing tanks using centrifugal, high-pressure, axial flow, or gear pumps.

Fixed Fluidized Bed Dryer Features
The fixed fluidized bed dryer processes wet materials by suspending them in hot air above the wind board, creating a fluidized state. As gas flow velocity increases, materials reach a boiling state, facilitating efficient heat and mass transfer for optimal dehydration and drying. Suitable for salt, chemical, pharmaceutical, and food industries, this system effectively handles powder and granular materials.
