High-Efficiency Sea Salt & Lake Salt Production Line
Complete industrial salt processing system for table salt production with capacity range of 3-30 tons per hour. The production line includes stainless steel elevator, mixer, conveyor, crusher, salt washing machine, iodize machine, centrifuge, drying machine, dust remover, and packing machine.

Salt Refining Process Flow
A) Raw Salt Feeding
Raw salt is fed to hopper from stockyard or directly unloaded. Magnetic separators remove iron pieces and debris before conveying to wet mill.
B) Salt Washing & Milling
Wet mill controls product size and removes soluble impurities. Salt slurry undergoes primary and main elutriation with brine recycling.
C) Additive Dosing & Coating
Salt slurry is conditioned in thickener for centrifuge processing, with iodine and anti-caking agents added.
D) Centrifuging
Centrifuge separates salt cake from mother liquor, with salt cake discharged to screw feeder.
E) Drying
Fluid bed dryer with integrated heating and cooling sections achieves required dryness of final product.
F) Sizing & Conditioning
Dry salt is screened, with oversize reground in dry mill. Sized product is blended for free-flowing properties.
G) Packing
Final product stored in silos feeds packing machines for 1kg to 50kg bulk packaging.
H) Brine Recycle
Clear brine overflow is recovered and purified for system recycling, with sludge disposal to approved sites.
