Compressor shell consists of working cavity, front and rear covers, and fuel tank. Available in stainless steel or carbon steel depending on corrosion resistance requirements. Manufactured using CNC boring and milling with heat treatment for precision alignment and dimensional stability.
Comprising main shaft and fan blade assembly with advanced arc-involute profiles. Materials include duplex stainless steel 2205, 316L stainless steel, or ductile iron. Features G5.6 balance level for smooth operation.
High-quality mechanical seal or lip group seal options available. Mechanical seals include external thin oil station cooling.
Utilizes premium rolling bearings from international brands (NSK, SKF, FAG) with spherical roller bearings at fixed end and cylindrical roller bearings at free end.
