This 3-effect evaporation crystallization system is specifically engineered for sodium sulfate (Na₂SO₄) solutions, providing efficient wastewater treatment and crystallization capabilities for industrial applications.

Process Flow
  • Sodium sulfate solution enters condensate preheater via raw material pump
  • Preheated solution flows to first-effect evaporator for initial concentration
  • Concentrated solution transfers to second-effect evaporator via circulating pump
  • Further concentration occurs in third-effect evaporator
  • Thickened solution undergoes solid-liquid separation in centrifuge
  • Centrifugal mother liquor returns to triple-effect evaporator for additional concentration
Steam & Condensate System
  • Saturated steam enters first-effect heating chamber for material heating
  • Steam condensate preheats raw materials before returning to condensate system
  • Secondary steam from first-effect heats second-effect materials
  • Secondary steam from second-effect heats third-effect materials
  • Triple-effect secondary steam condensed via indirect condenser
  • Non-condensable gases removed by vacuum pump
