Introduction

Pillow Plates are heat exchanger plates that can be used in many ways for the industrial cooling or heating of your products, which consists of two stainless steel sheets that are laser welded together by laser welding machine. 

Design

Single inflated pillow plates consist of one thick plate and one thin plate, the thin plate will be inflated under high temperature water/air. it can be used for tank jacket.

Double inflated pillow plates consist of two plates with the same thickness, the product will deform on both sides after inflation, the double inflated pillopw plates can be used for ice bank, falling film chiller..etc

Processing 

Rolled Plate → Spread → Laser welding → Embossed → Finished
