The steel grating is a kind of steel product in which flat steel is cross arranged with cross bars (twisted square steel, square steel, round steel, flat steel, etc.) according to a certain spacing, and welded into a square grid in the middle.
Manufacturing method:
The steel grating is made of load flat steel and cross bars arranged at a certain distance longitude and latitude, welded into the original plate by 200t hydraulic resistance welding automatic equipment, and processed into the product required by customers through cutting, opening, edging and other processes.
Spacing of load-bearing flat steel: the center distance between two adjacent load-bearing flat steel, usually 30mm and 40mm.
Cross bar spacing: the center spacing of two adjacent cross bars is usually 50mm and 100, which can be produced according to customer requirements.
