In the process of plastic blow molding, the mold is a very important part. A good blow mould can make the product production more smoothly, and a good blowing mold can also make the finished product more flexible and beautiful.
We have our own mold production workshop, using high configuration equipment and mold engineers with 16 years of technical experience to customize blow molding mold for you.
- We use the best stainless steel S136H or Aluminium alloy 7075# as mould main material- Necking plate use JAPAN DC53 Heat
treatment to HRC62
- Double neck design available to change in future as a spare part necking
- All mould can be made auto-deflashing or manual deflashing as per customer requests
- Perfect mould cooling design to ensure the best moulding preformace
- Available to provide 2D & 3D product drawing for customers

Our services
1. detailed installtion and trouble shooting videos
For all the machine after tested in china before shipping, we will prepare detailed installation videos, and set up videos of each step, so you will be very easily understand for example how to change the die head, how to change mould, how to change die , how to set up zero settings... so on .
2. Sending enigneer to your company
We will be also able to send engineers to your factory for help with installtion and training your techncians, the buyer will need provide the round trip tickets and accomodations, but now due to pendamic period, the training and technical guideness will be through video calls mainly.
3. Service group (whatsapp/wechat)
For each project, we will build a service group via whatsapp or wechat, we will join in our electrical engineers, mecanical engineers, mould engineers, general manager, assistants with your team of technicals there. so anytime when they met a problem, only send the questions to the group and we will help them out in a very short time.
4. Monthly video meeting with our General engineer
We will also arrange monthly a video call meeting with our general engineer who had more than 20 years expereinces of plastic molding industry, so any questions or troubleshootings he can help with it, we can also help check with your other machines in case need any supports or spare parts.
