The ABLB65I full-automatic bottle making machine is specifically engineered for producing plastic chemical bottles, medical bottles, lubricant oil containers, cosmetic bottles, and various small plastic containers up to 5 liters in capacity.

Features aluminum 7075# moulds with beryllium copper inserts for optimal cooling performance and durability. Alternative materials including S50c, P20, and S136 available. Options for auto-deflashing or standard mould configurations.

The 100-point parison control system enables precise programming to reduce plastic consumption, improve wall thickness distribution, and decrease cooling time. Manual die gap adjustment also available for basic thickness control.
