Product Overview
The DSB65I full-automatic bottle making machine is specially designed for plastic chemical bottles, medical bottles, lubricant oil bottles, cosmetic bottles, and other small plastic containers up to 5 liters capacity.

Configuration Options
This machine can be configured as double station or single station, depending on your production output requirements.
Die Head System
Single die head configuration produces 2L to 5L bottles, while double die head configuration handles 0-2L containers. Die head changeover takes approximately 1.5-3 hours including heating time.
Mould Materials
Premium aluminium 7075# with beryllium copper inserts for optimal cooling and durability. Alternative materials include S50c, P20, and S136. Moulds available with or without auto-deflashing capability.
MOOG 100 Point Parison Control System
Advanced programming system that provides precise control over parison thickness during extrusion, offering three key benefits:
