Product Overview
The automatic leak detector is designed for plastic containers ranging from 200ml to 300L, including bottles, barrels, and jerrycans. This system automatically tests the sealing degree of bottle mouths to ensure product quality and connects directly to production lines, allowing bottles from blow molding machines to automatically transfer via conveyor to the leak tester and then to packaging machines.
Testing Principle & Method
The plastic bottle leak tester features a core differential pressure induction system from Italy. This system detects micro-leak products by monitoring changing parameters during testing. When the test head seals, it creates a differential pressure induction passage. Air inflation generates pressure inside and outside the container. If the product leaks, pressure decreases, creating differential pressure. The transducer receives this differential pressure value based on testing time (0.5-7 seconds) and sends signals to the electronic plate and PLC touch screen.
