This PET linear bottle blowing machine utilizes advanced microcomputer PLC control system with stable performance. The machine employs multiple blowing technology to reduce residual stress, resulting in minimal shrinkage during hot-fill processes.
The system features infrared lamp heating with strong penetration capability, preform rotation heating, and track revolution for uniform, fast, and reliable heating. Heating lamps, reflector width and height are adjustable to accommodate preforms of different structures, with automatic temperature-removal device ensuring constant oven temperature.
