B . Beater : Mainly for the thick material such as meat paste
C . Spiral hook: Mainly for making dough in short time

Component material to making dough as below:
Flour : Not more than 6KG
Water : Not less than 50%
Speed : Low
NOTES:If the water is less than 50% ,please reduce the material to avoid overload working
