90 Degree GRP Unidirectional Fabric 227-900 g/m² for High Pressure Pipeline Applications
90 Degree GRP UD Fabric features unidirectional fiberglass rovings arranged primarily in the 90° (transverse) direction, providing exceptional mechanical strength for high-pressure applications. This specialized fabric is engineered for demanding environments including petroleum and water pipeline systems.
- Zero binder content ensures excellent resin wet-out and penetration
- Provides concentrated mechanical strength in single direction
- Straight fiber arrangement maximizes fiber strength utilization
- Minimal fiber interspaces significantly enhance product impact resistance
Compatible with reinforced unsaturated polyester resin, vinyl ester resin, epoxy resin, phenolic resin, and polyurethane resin systems.
Suitable for winding, pultrusion, RTM (Resin Transfer Molding), hand lay-up, vacuum infusion molding, and various composite manufacturing techniques.
Ideal for pipes, storage tanks, pultruded profiles, FRP boat hulls, wind power blades, and other high-performance composite structures.
