Low Resin Absorption Porous Polyester Veil Anti-Delamination for Composite Profiles

1.Our porous polyester surface veil features evenly distributed fine pores, delivering balanced resin penetration without excessive resin absorption like CSM chopped mat.

2. This fine pore polyester veil effectively eliminates delamination defects when laminated with unidirectional fiberglass cloth during pultrusion molding.

3. The spunlace porous polyester veil maintains stable shape when passing through mold cavities, avoiding deformation issues for long continuous production.

Application:

● Compatiable with reinforeced unsaturated polyester resin, vinlylester resin, epoxy resin, phenolic resin and polyurethane resin etc.

● Forming process includes pultrusion, RTM, continuous plate process etc.

● The typical end-use applications are PU pultruded profile, antenna radome, cable tray, panel etc.

Specifications: 

30g/m2 or 40g/2. Max width is 3300mm. And cutting into small tape is available for the purpose.
