Wide Applications of Polyester Veil Fiberglass Combo Mat
Our fiberglass combo mat with polyester veil fits multiple composite molding processes: pultrusion, resin transfer molding (RTM), continuous FRP panel production, vacuum infusion.
Typical end products using this stitched veil mat:
- Structural FRP profiles, photovoltaic frames, radomes
- Cable trays, FRP enclosures, cooling tower panels
- Marine boat hull & yacht composite parts
- High voltage insulation components, lightning arrestors
Its features:
- Solve the problems of easy break, wrinkle and other symptoms when the polyester veil is separately moulding
- Reduce the workload of laying, improve production efficiency.
- Fiberglass surface mat absorbs resin fast, the product surface is smooth.
Application:
- Compatiable with reinforeced unsaturated polyester resin, vinlylester resin, epoxy resin, phenolic resin and polyurethane resin etc.
- Forming process includes pultrusion, RTM, continuous plate process etc.
