0° 400g Warp Fiberglass Unidirectional Combo Mat Plain Woven Fabric - 150-2600mm Width Range
Fiberglass unidirectional fabric featuring roving arranged in 90° or 0° orientations and knitted with surface mat polyester veil carbon CSM. This composite fabric delivers superior mechanical strength in specific directions while maintaining excellent resin wet-out properties.
- Zero binder content ensures optimal resin wet-out and penetration
- Provides exceptional mechanical strength in single direction applications
- Straight fiber arrangement maximizes fiber strength utilization
- Minimal interspaces between fibers significantly improve product impact resistance
Compatible with reinforced unsaturated polyester resin, vinyl ester resin, epoxy resin, phenolic resin, and polyurethane resin systems.
Suitable for winding, pultrusion, RTM (Resin Transfer Molding), hand lay-up, vacuum infusion molding, and various composite manufacturing techniques.
Ideal for pipe manufacturing, storage tanks, pultruded profiles, FRP boat hulls, wind power blades, and other high-performance composite structures.
