Molding RTM Fiberglass Biaxial Cloth 500g/m² with 150-2600mm Width for Composite Manufacturing
Fiberglass biaxial cloth (also called biax, dual bias, or double bias) consists of two sets of straight unidirectional cloth held together by light nylon stitching. This stitching does not affect the structural integrity of the biaxial cloth.
Fiberglass biaxial fabric features roving arranged in two directions at 90° (transverse) and 0° (longitudinal), stitched with a coil structure. It can be combined with chopped strand mat, polyester surface felt, fiberglass surface felt, or carbon fiber surface felt to create composite fabrics with specific performance characteristics.
