This specialized 90° unidirectional fiberglass cloth features 430g/m² weight with transverse roving orientation, specifically engineered to enhance the mechanical strength of FRP food storage tanks and condiment containers.
Product Construction
Fiberglass unidirectional fabric consists of rovings arranged in 90° (transverse) or 0° (longitudinal) orientation, stitched with a coil structure. This construction allows for stitching unidirectional layer yarn with various materials including chopped strand mat, polyester veil, fiberglass surface tissue, and carbon felt to create composite fabrics with specific performance characteristics.
