4, Working principle
Composition: It is composed of upper frame, middle frame, lower frame, moving cone, eccentric sleeve, transmission device and hydraulic cylinder.
Rotation: The motor drives the horizontal shaft to rotate, the horizontal shaft drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through the spiral bevel gear meshing, and the eccentric sleeve drives the moving cone to rotate and swing to achieve continuous crushing.
Granularity realization: The single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher drives the main shaft to drive the movable cone to move up and down by adjusting the hydraulic cylinder at the bottom of the movable cone, and adjusts the distance between the movable cone and the fixed cone liner to control the product.
Overload protection function: When a foreign object (such as iron block) that is not easily broken enters the crushing chamber, the accumulator is triggered, and the hydraulic cylinder automatically causes the moving cone to fall, thereby releasing the iron block, continuing to crush, and protecting the crusher.
