1. Product description
The main function of the fine sand recovery machine is to clean, dehydrate and classify the sand. It can recover a large amount of fine sand lost by the sand washing machine in the traditional sand making industry. The fine sand recovery machine mainly plays the role of water sand separation
The common materials are: kaolin, mud, sand aggregate, artificial sand, coarse coal slime, concrete mixing plant and other fine materials recycling.

4. working principle
The sand washing wastewater overflowed by the sand washer is connected with the cleaning tank of the fine sand recovery machine, and then the sand water mixture in the cleaning phase is transported to the mud high-pressure separator through the slurry pump. The fine sand in the slurry is separated by the cyclone through the high-speed centrifugal force and the rated feeding pressure, and the fine sand is provided to the dewatering screen through the sand settling nozzle. Under the effect of the vibration of the screen, the fine sand and water are effectively separated.
The treated fine sand is discharged through the discharge port, and a small amount of fine sand and mud are returned to the cleaning tank through the return box, so as to realize the purpose of recovery, dehydration and dry discharge of the fine sand in the sand washing wastewater. The fineness modulus can be adjusted by changing the pump speed, changing the mortar concentration, adjusting the overflow water volume and replacing the mortar nozzle.
