     The vibrating feeder can feed block and granular materials from the storage bin to the receiving device uniformly, regularly and continuously during the working process. In the sand and gravel production line, it can feed the crushing machinery continuously and evenly. The materials are coarsely screened and are widely used in the crushing and screening combined equipment of metallurgy, coal mine, mineral processing, building materials, chemical industry, abrasives and other industries.

The vibrating feeder is composed of a feeding chute, a vibration exciter, a spring support, and a transmission device. The vibration source of the trough vibration feed is a vibration exciter, which is composed of two eccentric shafts (active and passive) and a gear pair. Driven by the motor,the driving shaft works under the action of the triangular belt.next,gears on the driving shaft rotates the driven shaft ,so the rotation direction of driven shaft shall be contrary to that of driving shaft.in the process,the chute vibrates to convey materials continuously.
