     Magnetic separators are widely used in mining, wood, kiln, chemical, food and other industries. For mining, the magnetic separator is suitable for wet or dry magnetic separation of materials with particle size less than 50mm such as manganese ore, magnetite, pyrrhotite, roasted ore, ilmenite, hematite and limonite, as well as iron removal of non-metallic ore, building materials and other materials.

1.   Wide application fields
It is used for iron removal operation required by coal mining, casting molding sand, refractory and other industries.

2.   Save resources
It is used to separate the raw ore that has not been fully reduced in the closed-circuit roasting operation of hematite reduction, and then return it for re sintering.

The coarse separation of lean iron ore after coarse crushing or medium crushing removes waste rocks such as surrounding rock, improves the grade and reduces the load of the next process.

It is used in the ceramic industry to remove the mixed iron in the ceramic mud and improve the quality of ceramic products.
 

     After the slurry flows into the tank through the ore feeding box, the ore particles enter the feed area of the tank in a loose state under the action of the water flow of the ore feeding spray pipe. Under the action of the magnetic field, the magnetic ore particles are magnetically aggregated to form a "magnetic mass" or "magnetic chain". The "magnetic mass" or "magnetic chain" is affected by the magnetic force in the pulp to make it move and adsorb on the cylinder.
