4,    Working principle
   
     Jigging machine belongs to deep groove type medium separation equipment. All jigs have jigs. Working mechanism and product discharge machine for agitating water flow
 
     Structure. The sieve plate in jigging chamber is made of punched steel plate, woven iron screen or strip. When the water flows through the sieve plate into jigging chamber, the bed layer should rise slightly and be slightly loose. The particles with high density enter into the bottom layer due to high local pressure and sedimentation velocity, while the particles with low density transfer to the upper layer. When the water flow drops, the dense fine particles can enter the lower layer through the gradually tight bed gap to supplement the mechanism of layer by layer according to the density. In the early years, the piston was used. The piston chamber was set on the side of the jigging chamber, and the lower part was connected. The eccentric connecting rod mechanism drove the piston to move up and down.
