1. Overview of 11KV 363A Dry Iron Core Reactor,Current Limiting Reactors

The iron core reactor is mainly composed of an iron core and a winding. The winding is sleeved outside the iron core column, and the winding is usually made of insulated copper wire. The magnetic flux path of this kind of reactor is the iron yoke and the iron core column with gaps. Since the permeability of the magnetic material is much larger than that of air, the iron core reactor of the same capacity is smaller than the air core reactor.

• Running shall be periodically inspected to monitor running temper ature and noise of reactors.
• The porcelain housing of reactors shall be periodically inspected to observe whether there is any oil stain, damage, crackle and discharging trace and whether coil has any damage and crackle.
• The dirt accumulated in the porcelain housing and reactor shall be periodically cleaned out to prevent it from affecting the insulating property.
• Periodical inspection shall be conducted for tightness of reactor's connection row to see whether there is any overheating phenomenon.
