1, Overall performance:
1. This machine is composed of paper feeding, printing, slotting and die-cutting parts. It can complete the printing, creasing,slotting, corner cutting, punching and other processes of three and five layers of corrugated cardboard at one time.
2. Thetransmission system adopts large helical angle helical gear transmission with low noise, which enhances the strength of the gearand improves the transmission stability of the gear. All transmission gears are made of 20CrMnTi alloy steel, which is finelyground, super-hardened, sealed spray lubrication. The whole machine is equipped with oil level balancer to keep the oil level ofeach group consistent and ensure the transmission accuracy of the machine for a long time.
3. The electric clutch of each unit isequipped with an alarm bell. The alarm bell will ring continuously during the clutch to ensure the safety of operators. The clutchmotor is equipped with a constant torque clutch, which can cushion the collision of each unit in case of wrong operation.
4. Aftereach unit is closed, each group is pneumatically locked and equipped with a total locking device, which can make each unit and thebottom rail lock into one. When the cylinder is not locked, the main motor cannot be started; When the main motor is running, thelocking cylinder cannot be opened. After each unit is separated, the transmission system will brake automatically to keep theoriginal position of the gear fixed.
5. Each unit has an automatic zeroing system, which can be adjusted to the correct size by
