At the same time, due to the precipitation of ultrafine carbide particles, they are evenly distributed on the martensite matrix, which weakens the catalytic effect of the grain boundary, and the refinement of the matrix structure not only reduces the degree of segregation of impurity elements at the grain boundary, but also exerts the strengthening effect of the grain boundary, thereby improving the performance of high-speed steel, so that the hardness, impact toughness and wear resistance are significantly improved. The hardness of the mold is high, and its wear resistance will also be good.If the hardness is increased from 60HRC to 62～63HRC, the wear resistance of the mold is increased by 30% ~ 40%.
