Product description
The valve low-temperature test is to check the performance of the low-temperature valve in low-temperature environment so as to evaluate the overall performance of the low-temperature valve.The main contents of the low temperatures test include :checking the sailing conditions of seals,
fillers,upper seals,etc,.Operating performance of the whole machine under pressure .Test parameters include:valve body ,valve cover,valve stem,valve clack,stuffing box,refrigerant and ambient temperature ;instantaneous flow rate ,cumulative flow rate and average flow rate at the valve;pressure of test medium and its variation.
This machine can be used flexibly according to the processing specifications and quanitites of customers. Whole chamber can be divided into serveral small chambers, each chamber can operate independently, the separation operation is simple and reliable. If the customer's treatment capacity is relatively low, one or two chambers can be started for cryogenic treatment.

1. It has extreme low temperature ,with the lowest temperature reaching -196℃,which can greatly meet the requirements of cryogenic treatment and cryogenic experiments for cryogenic valves and ultra-low temperature valves.
2. The latest intelligent temperature control system is adopted ,which can set required temperature parameters,cooling speed and heat preservation time according to process requirements ,and has process recording and remote monitoring functions.
3. The equipment adopts advanced liquid nitrogen dispersion technology and unique cold aircirculation system,make full use of liquid nitrogen function ,and completes the air tightness test of low-temperature valve in the process of uniform,stable and rapid cooling
