1. Seat Height Adjustment
The seat height canbe adjusted by the paddle shift under the roght side armrest. Holding the paddle shift, the body weight will make the chair lower, relesding the paddle shift, the chair height will be locked at desired position.
2.Backrest Tilting Tension Adjustment
Pulling out the know at the lower right side of the side of the seat, turn it dedesil.
