Normally it is 0. 12 mm, and the thickness of the line can be adjusted according to actual demand.
This is determined by the material used in the FFC, FFC row line is composed of two layers of insulation film, middle pressure flat copper conductors,so the thickness of the ribbon cable IT = + + conductor thickness of film thickness on the thickness of the film, the film thickness of the comonly used are : 0. 043 mm, 0. 060 mm and 0.1mm, commonly used conductor thickness are : 0.03mm, 0.06 mm and 0. 10 mm,etc. For example,the common thickness of 0.12 mm is as follows: 0. 043 (superglue) + 0.043 (down)+0.035(conductor thickness) = 0. 121 mm.
