Description

Annealing
Purpose: Heat the wire to an appropriate temperature, keep it for a certain period of time, and then slowly cool it to adjust the crystal structure, reduce the hardness, and improve the wire processability at room temperature.

1.Feeding: The product that needs to be processed is placed in the furnace.
2.Raising temperature: Raise the temperature in the furnace (about 3-4 hours) to the specified temperature.

3.Heat preservation: the material 1018, 1022 wire is kept at 680℃-715℃ for 4-6h, the material is 10B21, 1039, CH38F wire is kept at 740℃-760℃ for 5.5-7.5h.
4.Cooling down: The temperature in the furnace is slowly (about 3-4 hours) lowered to below 550°C, and then cooled to room temperature along with the furnace.

Cold heading (forming)
Purpose: Cold forging the wire to achieve a semi-finished shape and length (or thickness).

Bolt (general head type, one die and two punches)
1. Cutting: Cut the wire stuck in the cutting mold into blanks by moving the movable scissors in one direction.
2) One punch: The die is fixed, and the head of the product is preliminarily formed by a punch, so that the next stroke can be completely formed. When the product is a straight groove, one punch has a concave and elliptical groove, and when the product is a cross groove, the other punch has a concave and square groove.
3) Second punch: After the first punch, the punch runs as a whole, the second punch moves to the front of the punch, and the second punch moves forward at the same time to form the final product. Afterwards, the blank is pushed out by the back punch.
