A titanium alloy sheet stamping forming process, its characteristic is:
1) will need to undertake stamping of TC4 titanium alloy sheet blank, special glass coating on the surface of titanium alloy protective agent, placed in the furnace heating (850 ~ 880 ℃), time (6 ~ 8) min;
2) install on the ordinary punching forming mould, stamping mould preheating (500 ~ 650 ℃) c, then the heated blank quickly into the mold for stamping.
