Custom stamping steel part

The stamping part is the production technology of the product parts with the help of the conventional or special stamping equipment, so that the sheet material is directly subjected to the deformation force and deformation in the die, so as to obtain a certain shape, size and performance.

Sheet, die and equipment are the three elements of stamping processing. Stamping processing is a kind of metal cold deformation processing method.

Abrasive polishing:

1) First of all, clean the surface of the outer cover with clean gauze, and then polish with the whetstone (20×20×100mm or larger). The places with circular arc and the places hard to reach are polished with relatively small whetstone (for example: 8×100mm semicircle whetstone).

2) The choice of whetstone size depends on the surface condition (roughness, galvanization, etc.). Fine grained whetstone is recommended. The direction of whetstone grinding is basically carried out along the longitudinal direction, and a good fit to the surface of the stamping parts, some special places can also be supplemented by transverse grinding.
