Custom progressive stamping bronze part

The press used for continuous die shall have sufficient strength, stiffness, power, accuracy, large working surface and reliable braking system. The stroke of the punch should not be too large to ensure that the continuous die guide system does not come off when working. Generally, work should be carried out at less than 80% of the nominal pressure of the press.

Stamping parts should be suitable for multi - station continuous die stamping :

1) The production and quantity of the parts to be processed should be large enough.

2) Multistation continuous dies have lower material properties than other dies.

3) The cumulative error between the feeding accuracy and the working steps will not reduce the accuracy of the parts.

4) The shape of the parts is complex and after punching is not easy to locate the parts, the use of multi-station continuous die is the most ideal.
