Stamping parts are generally no longer cut, or only a small amount of cutting is required. The precision and surface state of hot stamping parts are lower than that of cold stamping parts, but they are still better than castings and forgings, and the cutting amount is less.

Feature of Stamping tolerance:

1) Dimensional tolerance of flat stamping parts: it is divided into 11 grades, denoted by ST1 to ST11. ST is the dimensional tolerance of flat stamping parts, and the tolerance grade code is denoted by Arabic numerals. Accuracy grade decreases from ST1 to ST11
2) Dimensional tolerance of formed stamping parts: Formed stamping parts are divided into 10 precision grades, expressed by FT1 to FT10, where FT represents the dimensional tolerance of formed stamping parts, and Arabic numeral represents the tolerance grade. From FT1 to FT10, the accuracy grade decreases successively.
