Ultra-precision machining is an interdisciplinary comprehensive technology under development.The 1950s to 1980s was the period of technological innovation. The material of the workpiece must be extremely detailed and uniform, and be properly treated to eliminate internal residual stress, ensure a high degree of dimensional stability, and prevent deformation after processing. The processing equipment must have extremely high motion accuracy, the linearity of the guide rail and the rotation accuracy of the spindle must reach the 0.1 micron level, and the micro-feed and positioning accuracy must reach the 0.01 micron level. Strict requirements for environmental conditions, constant temperature, constant humidity and clean air must be maintained, and effective anti-vibration measures must be taken. Both the systematic error and random error of the processing system should be controlled at 0.1 micron level or less.

A3: Our standard terms are Ex Works. But as for express shipments(UPS ,DHL,FedEx), we use Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), that mean the client is responsible for paying import duty when the goods arrived.
