How To Achive UV DTF transfer film:

1. uv Machine and Consumables.
Need a UV printer can print Varnish(Gloss Liquid), UV DTF Film A and Film B, a Laminator

-2. Fixed on the printer.
Remove the release paper from Film A (adhesive side up),secure the film A on the printer

plate

3. Printing.
Print the film with the white + color synchronous printing mode first and then print the varnish

at the second time

4. Laminating.
Turn on the laminator, and set temperature at 80 degree celcius an let it roll forward. Set the

speed in the range between 5 to 10 units. Laminate Film B and Film A

5. Stick.
Cut the Image, pull off the film A and B apart, and clean the surface before stick, and then stick

the image on the surface, press gently to remove the bubbles.tear off the film B

The film including A film( A3 size: 42*30cm) by piece +B film( roller type)
