Hooked Glued Astm A 820 Carbon Steel Fiber Building And Construction Material Concrete
Hooked Glued Carbon Steel Fiber Building And Concstruction Material Concrete Fiber
Glued Steel Fiber Introduction
Glued steel fiber refers to loose steel fiber glued together,is made of low carbon steel wire, high carbon steel wire.
It has excellent tensile, bending and shearing strength, high tenacity, resistance against cracking, impact and fatigue.
The biggest difference between loose steel fiber and glued steel fiber is former one easy to block together, while latter
is easy to disperse evenly in the mixed material.
Effects of Steel fiber for concrete(SFRC)
SFRC is a structural material characterized by a significant residual tensile strength in postcracking region and enhanced capacity to absorb strain energy due to fiber bridging mechanisms across the crack surface. For improving long-term behavior, enhancing strength, toughness, and stress resistance, SFRC is being used in structures such as flooring, housing, precast, bridges, tunneling, heavy duty pavement, and mining. There has been considerable research on the mechanical behavior of SFRC in recent years. The past research results indicate that the SFRC has relatively good properties in comparison with the normal concrete. Therefore, the use of SFRC could be a solution for improving the mechanical performance of the composite steel-concrete beams under negative bending moment.
