96I PCR Tube Magnetic Separation Rack
Designed for efficient small-scale bio-experiment magnetic separation procedures including antibody purification, immunoprecipitation, co-immunoprecipitation, cell sorting, and nucleic acid isolation.
Operation Procedure
Separation Process
- Place the 96-well plate containing magnetic beads into the magnetic separator
- Allow to stand for a few minutes for bead adsorption
- Beads will adsorb to the side of wells near the magnet (flat bottom microplate) or to tube walls (PCR plate)
Optimization Tip
For improved performance, gently move the microplate left or right to reduce magnetic bead adhesion to hole walls and bottoms.
Solution Removal
Use a pipette tip to remove solution away from the adsorbed beads.
