Operation Procedure
Separation Process
Position the 96-well plate containing magnetic beads in the separator and allow it to stand for several minutes. The beads will adsorb to the side of the well near the magnet (flat bottom microplate) or adhere to the tube wall (PCR plate).
Optimization Tip: For enhanced separation efficiency, gently move the microplate left or right during operation to minimize magnetic bead adhesion to the hole wall and bottom surfaces.
Use a pipette tip to carefully remove the solution away from the concentrated beads.
