Product Overview
BeaverBeads™ Oligo dT magnetic beads feature surface covalently conjugated with Oligo dT, which specifically binds to Poly A tails of eukaryotic mRNA. These 1 μm magnetic beads efficiently isolate complete, high-purity mRNA from total RNA, animal and plant tissues, or cell lysates. The isolated mRNA is suitable for various molecular biology applications including RT-PCR, solid phase cDNA library construction, RACE, and Northern blot analysis.
