Product Description of Waste Oil to Diesel Recycling Machine

PPGT-LP series is applicable to produce quality diesel by cracking oil such as waste engine oil, motor oil, heavy fuel, marine oil, sludge and various lubricating oils. After our machines recycle, the waste oil can be turned into clean diesel. It can be directly used in ships, trucks, generators, etc.

Technical Process Description of Waste Oil to Diesel Recycling Machine

1. Feed of waste oil is pumped into the blending tank.
2. The waste oil will be blended with liquid additive for flocculation in the blending tank to remove the solid impurities and blended oil.
3. The pretreated waste oil is transferred into thin film evaporator where the oil will be heated and rest of the moisture and light hydrocarbons will be further separated from waste oil efficiently.
4. The waste oil then will be sent to the reaction still for further processing.
5. The oil in the reactor will be heated and in the meanwhile vapors will be taken into the adsorption column where those colloids, asphaltenes & sulfur will be removed, and then flowing through desulphurization column for further sulfur removing.
6. The mixture oil product will be separated by gas-liquid mass transfer in a fractional cotinuous distillation tower to produce gasoline and diesel separately.
7. Different distillates of oil products eventually to be filtrated by refining system to improve the color and oxidation stability.
8. The syngas produced by the whole system will be purified and filtrated by the combination of Spray tower, UV photolysis unit, and activated carbon adsorbent process and the emission gas will be colorless, odorless and harmless.
