WFE Fractional Distillation Car Oil Recycling System OEM ODM 220V
Full Continuous WFE And Fractional Distillation Car Oil Recycling System
Production Introduction of Used Car Oil Recycling System
Fractional vacuum distillation columns or wiped film evaporators or molecular distillation are optional to ensure true continuity of the vacuum distillation unit and reduce pressure drop to maintain a constant and stable high vacuum. The constant, high vacuum ensures vacuum distillation at moderate temperatures for separation of light and heavy fractions. It largely avoids high-temperature distillation to destroy molecular chains, thereby reducing flash point, viscosity and purity of final base oil products. Used lubricating oil is usually a mixture of different types and grades of used lubricating oil, from engine crankcases and industrial users, such as used motor oil, internal combustion engine oil, hydraulic oil, gear oil, PurePath PPGT-BP series oil vacuum distillation unit removes used All contaminants in lubricating oils are removed and various types of base oils are recovered through further alternative hydrofining processes as premium API Group I base oils or API Group II base oils. .
Technical Process of Used Car Oil Recycling System
- Dehydration: Preheating of used oil to remove water, gasoline, VOCs, light contaminants (solvents, glycols, light organics). Water is sent to treatment plants and gasoline is used as an alternative fuel.
- Gas oil removal: Dehydrated oil is stripped under vacuum for light gas oil removal and lubricating oil flash point adjustment.
- Vacuum Distillation: The oil from the gas oil stripper is sent to vacuum distillation to recover vacuum distillate from "specific" heavy contaminants.
- Vacuum distillation is carried out by a thin film evaporator at high temperature under high vacuum conditions.
- Thin film evaporators achieve high selectivity and oil purification of metals, heavy polymers, carbon and dust.
- Refining: The oil fraction from the vacuum distillation process is sent to refining tanks or polishing systems for property improvement.
