Product Description of Centrifuge Base Oil Extraction Plants

Solvent extraction aims to remove of most of the aromatics and undesirable component of oil distillates by liquid-liquid contacted extraction. It can refine all kinds of recycled or crude base oil from distillation and refinery, vacuum side streams, acid-refined oil, black diesel oil, waste hydraulic oil, waste transformer oil and all kinds of waste mineral oil, to be with like water color and good performance. Especially for the base oil, the viscosity, viscosity index, acid value, carbon residue, demulsification value, pour point, saturated hydrocarbon of refined base oil can reach or close to the API II standard, like hydrofinishing base oil.
