Q1: Are you a factory?

A: Yes, we have our own factory in Longhua, Shenzhen. And our trading department and warehouse

is located in Guanlan Distrist, Shenzhen, if you have time come China, welcome your visisting!

Q2: Could you please send me the sample, so that I could see and check its quality?

A: Yes. We can send you samples.

Q3: Can you accept OEM and ODM order?

A: Yes. We are able to complete your OEM and ODM orders. We have large quantities of led products

in stock for normal models. For special models, it will takes some time to customize them.

Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx . It usually takes 3-7 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.

Q5. How to proceed an order for led light?

A: Firstly let us know your requirements or application.

Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.

Warm tips, in order to make our products play the best performance and reduce customer failure in the use of products, please note:
1) During the whole process of use, all people who are in direct contact with UVLED should take measures to prevent and eliminate static electricity, and do not touch the UV light emitting diode directly with their hands.
2) When welding, attention should be paid to the welding time and temperature, and the positive and negative polarities should be distinguished.
3) Electrical parameters such as current and voltage should not exceed the rated values.

For high power weliding using UV LED the following points should be followed
1) The operation of welding should not exceed the time limit;
2)Make sure that the welding temprature is below 260C degrees at all time.

3)Aviod lens damage during welding.
4) Make sure that the cooling system is working actively, efficeiently and is dissipating heat.
