Application

UV lamps are widely used in printing, plastic, wood, footwear, glass, handicraft polishing, painting and other fields.

1. In terms of spraying: ordinary phone case spraying, cosmetic case spraying, Plastic spraying of MP3 small

household appliance shells and other materials

2. Printing: Screen printing, offset printing, 5-color printing, etc. Use UV curing lamps to dry UV ink.

3. In the footwear industry, it is the use of ultraviolet radiation to illuminate the material on the sole of the shoe,

causing a chemical reaction and creating a good affinity between the adhesive and the sole and upper.

4. In terms of wood industry, it is used for curing UV paint coatings on the surface. Due to the excellent performance

of UV coatings (such as varnish) in various aspects, such as wear resistance, friction resistance, acid and alkali resistance,

weather resistance, etc.

5. Crafts polishing: As long as the surface of handicrafts is processed using UV polishing oil, UV lamps can be used.
