Q1. Can all the products be customized?

A: Yes. All the our products can be made by the details you provide.

Q2. What is the outer package of the product?

A: carton packing or wooden packing.

Q3. Processing cycle?

A: Some of products we have in stock. Usually need about 5-12days to maked.

Q4: What's your warranty?

One year warranty.

All of the products will be tested before shipment.

Q5: Is it OK to print my logo on UV LED curing system?

Yes. Please inform us formally before our production .

Q6:What certificates you have?

A: CE,RoHS,SGS authentication already passed

Q7:What is the life time of the UV LED Lamp?

A:The life more than 20000hrs.

 
Matters needing attention

Warm reminder, in order to make our products play the best performance, and to reduce

the failure of customers when using the product, please pay attention to:

1) The welding time should not exceed 3S;
2) Welding temperature should be less than 260 degrees Celsius.
3) Reflow welding is allowed only once.
4) When welding, distinguish positive and negative polarity, and avoid lens to avoid damage to lens.
5) Do a good job of heat dissipation measures, especially high-power UVLED as far as possible to ensure adequate radiator area.
