Soft broken egg filtering system: The transmission mechanism of the soft broken egg filtering system adopts chain and sprocket transmission, and the transmission is stable. This system is mainly installed according to the needs of customers, and the soft eggs are leaked into the soft egg tray below. Prevent the egg mucus that is broken during the transportation of soft eggs from sticking to the upload system and contaminate the finished eggs.

Pay Attention : Automatic Egg Collection System Working Period
1. When automatic egg collection system runs, it is strictly forbidden to observe the operation of the equipment personally. Egg graders are wholesale, or directly open the inspection for maintenance. If necessary, observe the egg , which must be carried out by professionals in accordance with the specified regulations. Operate and take protective measures.
2. During inspection, repair and maintenance, the staff must ensure that the main power switch is turned off, and the main power switch is blocked to prevent some injuries.
3. The installation, overhaul or maintenance of electrical equipment related to this equipment needs to be operated by professional electrical operators in accordance with the regulations, otherwise serious injury accidents may be caused.
4. There is a line at the lower part of the trough where the eggs roll off. This is to prevent the chickens from pecking the eggs. Please do not touch them with your hands to avoid being injured.
5. There are relevant safety operation warnings on the equipment. Please pay attention to and read these warnings carefully when using or maintaining.
