Our multi-tier H-type laying hen housing system is engineered for intensive commercial egg production. We supply complete automated poultry housing packages with flexible tier options: 3, 4, 5, 6, or 8 tiers. All main steel components are fabricated from Q235 hot-dip galvanized steel with a 275 g/m² zinc coating for outstanding anti-corrosion performance. The supporting frame legs are made of 2 mm thick hot-dip galvanized steel sheet for stable load-bearing.
This H-type stacked layer cage serves as an all-in-one automated breeding solution for commercial egg farms. The complete assembly integrates the cage frame, cage mesh, feeding trolley, automatic drinking pipeline, on-rail travelling feeder, manure conveyor, egg gathering mechanism, and ventilation environmental control system.
