H Type Broiler Chicken Cage System and Battery Broiler Cage System with 3/4 Tier Hot-Dip Galvanized Soft Plastic Floor Automatic Feeding & Manure Removal System
Our broiler cages are constructed from hot-dip galvanized wire mesh. Each complete set houses 200 to 300 broilers. Equipped with integrated nipple drinkers and feeding troughs, the system significantly reduces labor input for daily feeding operations inside poultry houses.

Our broiler chicken cage is fabricated from premium hot-dip galvanized wire mesh. A full set is designed to hold 200–300 broiler chickens. Each cage unit comes pre-fitted with nipple drinking lines and feeding troughs. This all-in-one design reduces manual feeding work and lowers labor demands within your poultry house.
Ventilation stands as the top priority throughout broiler rearing. Adequate and well-controlled airflow is essential to achieve healthy broiler growth. Caged broiler houses typically require skylights, side windows, and longitudinal exhaust fans as foundational ventilation hardware.
- Expel harmful gases accumulated inside the poultry house promptly
- Supply fresh oxygen-rich air
- Moderately adjust indoor temperature
Broiler cage farming adopts three-dimensional rearing with high stocking density. Poor airflow easily triggers oxygen shortage, which is one major cause of ascites syndrome in older broilers.
Start ventilation from the first week of chick rearing: partially open skylights and side windows. Angle air inlets upward. Under the premise of stable temperature, prioritize sufficient airflow rather than insufficient air exchange. Increase ventilation volume gradually as broilers grow older.
When broilers reach roughly 20 days of age, side windows alone can no longer satisfy air exchange needs; longitudinal fans must be activated. Install regulators to adjust fan speed and running duration according to seasons, outdoor temperature, and indoor air quality, to avoid cold stress caused by excessive cold airflow.
In summer wet curtain cooling systems, wind inlets need protective baffles. Direct cold airflow blowing onto broilers is strictly forbidden. Temporarily close side windows during sudden weather shifts or strong winds.
Humidity control cannot be overlooked during the whole rearing cycle. Excessively dry air stirs up dust laden with bacteria and viruses. Inhalation of dust irritates the respiratory tract and induces respiratory diseases. Dry air also dehydrates chicks (especially birds under 7 days old), dries out respiratory mucosa, and weakens their natural immune barrier.
Over-high indoor humidity slows air movement and impairs heat dissipation for broilers, which is the leading trigger of summer heatstroke. Damp conditions also accelerate reproduction of bacteria and coccidia parasites. Keep proper humidity levels during brooding.
